Changes Training Academy was originally founded by Adam Sloan in 2005, in order to facilitate and deliver high quality hairdressing and barbering programmes linked to the National Vocational Qualification structure (NVQ).

Based in the south east of England, Since 2005 changes training academy have delivered NVQ's to salons such as;
