BUSINESS ENGLISH
Our English for work and business programme (EWB) is designed for professionals, business people and university students. This program includes upto 21 hours per week of intensive instruction encompassing: Business Oral Skills, Business Writing, and Business Concepts. Although the program uses topics from work and business, the main focus is English. You will learn a variety of work and business communication skills (meetings, interviews, presentations, telephone calls, negotiations, etc.) and use them with confidence and accuracy. You will also improve your English pronunciation and oral fluency, public speaking and presentations.
Alternatively, we can tailor a course to suit you or your company needs.
CORPORATE SKILLS TRAINING
Providing fundamental business skills training on an ongoing basis for staff, is immensely valuable in terms of efficiency and staff retention. Business skills training includes a variety of workshops and courses, each focusing on a particular set of skills, from managing your email more efficiently, telephone techniques for sales & service, presentation skills, body language, to working more effectively as a team.
Communication skills are the heart of interpersonal skills and the best managers are those who can communicate at all levels with their colleagues. All our training programmes focus on people communicating efficiently, fully and effectively with their peers, superiors and staff.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT SKILLS TRAINING
Our 2 week intensive programme, is designed to empower our clients, who normally have a range of barriers that prevent them from accessing long term employment or skills training. We provide training in areas such as: preparing a CV, arranging interviews, telephone techniques, what not to wear, motivational skills, body language, NLP techniques, perception of self and others.
With over 20 years of experience of working with those not in employment, education or training, and an understanding of the issues faced by our clients, we feel we have have a unique insight and approach to working with the disengeged.
